Job Title       Regional Sales Manager (Highland & Central VN)
Salary       50,000,000 - 55,000,000 Net

Job Description       Team manage: 1 ASM + 3 Sup + 1 Assistant to RSM + 1 Sales Admin + 1 Merchandising Ex + 11 Sales Rep (Sales đi kênh mỹ phẩm) + 13 Medical Reps (Trình dược viên đi kênh hiệu thuốc)

• Develop and stabilize Sales system of 3 channels: drugstore, cosmetics shops, supermarkets in the Central and Highlands
• Responsible business targets in the Central and Highlands
• Set target for groups of Sales Reps, Medical Reps, PGs
• Manage the display, product coverage, promotions at sales points...
• Marketing coordinator performs planned marketing activities (including image building programs, POSM, branding and sales promotion)
• Collect, analyze, evaluate market information and make suggestions and proposals
• Responsible for the implementation of promotion programs to support sales: sampling, activation, merchandising... along with KPI target
• Update market movements, competitors' activities and report and propose timely solutions to management.
• Manage Distributors in the Central and Highlands to ensure implementation according with Company policy
• Develop and stable system Agents in Central and Highlands Province.
• Develop business strategy, annual budget according to distribution channels, distributors and customers in the region
• Planning, implementing monthly, quarterly and annual business plans
• Develop, build, strengthen the distribution system

PERSON REQUIREMENT

• Have skills in developing and implementing sales plans, sales strategy for each period
• Excellent strategic planning and analytical skills
• Problem solving and decision making skills
• Good imitative and interpersonal skills
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills to build and maintain relationships with distributors and key customers
• Management skills with ability to motivate, guide and coach subordinates
• Good command of English
• Computer literate
