Job Title       Sales Engineer Manager (Air Conditioner Product)

Job Description       Management of South Project Engineering Group of Project Sales Department

• Overall responsibility for technical support of M&E Contractors, Industrial Users,
Project Owners and Consultants by providing customer value through technical and
commercial expertise and engineering knowledge.
• Understand and communicate customer requirements to Sales Project Manager.
• Day to day selling activities i.e identifying sales opportunities, organizing, proposals,
asking for and acquiring orders.
• Design and specify products on drawings of projects.
• Make proposals to design products from other manufactures’ equipments.
• Visit clients and develop new clients (Developers, Owners, M&E Contractors,
Designers, Consultants, Installers, etc)
• Increase Spec-in Project
• Build and maintain relationships with clients especially Designers and Consultants
• Make Spec-in Project list and share to team
• Report the above actions to the person’s supervisor periodically
• Co-ordinate with other processes to ensure high level of customer satisfaction.
• Support team in all marketing activities to develop our image to all kinds of
customer.

PERSON REQUIREMENT

• Education: Engineering qualification preferably in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration
or have experience within the HVAC and contracting industry is essential
• Language skills, Good understanding of English, written & spoken.
• Good at computer skills and relevant software application.
• Having experience with Japan contractors & consultants is the advantage.
• Strong Communication
• Broad knowledge about investment of real estate market into Vietnam
• Willing to travel for business
• Ability to work in team or independently
• The candidate must want to sell and have the ambition, drive and determination to
support this.
• Must be goal oriented, adaptable.
• Characteristic: flexibility, loyalty.
