Job Description | - Responsible for planning, directing, and overseeing all human resources functions on site.
- Function as a member of the management team, participates in establishing and implementing major goals and objectives and serves as a resource in all aspects of human resources. - Provides leadership in establishing and implementing overall human resource objectives, policies, and plans. - Ensures that human resource activities are conducted in accordance with established Client's policies and with government regulations. - Partnering with local management team to support business growth in Vietnam. |

Holds a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business or in human resource management.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in Human Resources, and at least 5 years in HR management role in a manufacturing environment, a few years country/regional /global HRBP role would be a plus.
- Needs to understand fully, and have a good working knowledge of, the company’s policies and procedures in order that human resource practices are sound. Well-versed with the local Employment and Industrial laws.
- Interact with individuals at all levels of the organization, ability to communicate across all levels internally/externally and across geographies
- Mature and analytical with strong leadership qualities and people management and interactive skills
- Ability to initiate appropriate policy and strategy responses to emerging organization issues caused by the changing human resource environment
