|Job Description||Controlling (35%)
Strategic price positioning for new products as well as change in products, used vehicles, parts.
Planning and monitoring of discount spending levels (incentive program, special offer approval…
Product profitability: ongoing monitoring and deviation analysis of Group Contribution relevant parameters incl. analysis of impacts in case of parameter/premise changes
Ensure the transparency and accuracy of key performance indicators in order to support for management decisions.
RoS steering and transfer pricing: derivation of transfer pricing proposal MBC with regards to local rules & regulations and profitability optimizations. Establish Transfer Pricing documentation / transfer pricing analysis (w/ external service provider)
Feasibility studies for new projects
Sales volume & kufri processes: review stock development based on
Kufri planning processes and derive adjustments if necessary
Alignment production - Sales (CKD meetings): review of product costs/ppc incl. local content vs plan in cooperation with production controlling
Operative planning (20%)
Lead planning process (OP/EA/Forecast);
Coordinate Pre-Market alignment discussion / Operative Planning discussion and presentations
Deal with other departments/Oversea for planning/forecast related matters.
Ensure the efficient fulfillment of the targets (G&A, headcounts, marketing…)
Strategic Planning (10%)
Analyze macro economic situation, outlook and growth expectation
Identify and evaluate changes of fiscal policies, tariff and non-tariff regulations
Financial Evaluation of strategy / Derive long-term financial plan
Coordinating strategy with relevant stakeholders, presenting and obtaining the approval (FTR, FS…)
Communicating strategy over various management levels
Monitoring/Tracking strategy implementation
Budget Controlling (15%)
Derive G&A-Guideline: including premises for salary inflation, expense inflation, applicable efficiency targets etc. Approval of G&A-budget total year
Marketing budget controlling: bottom-up derivation of detailed marketing/sponsoring plan and related marketing budget
Project- and Investment controlling
Cash flow management / Funding management (10%)
Derive regular Cash Flow Forecast based on current Kufri
Approval of initial payment terms to dealers/customers and suppliers
Derive/define cash flow optimization measures/initiatives
Capital Structure Planning & Analysis
Derivation/Definition of Capital Structure Optimization measures
Management reporting (5%)
General Reporting routine: Setting up the process, Reporting Formats, Reporting Contents etc.
Manage Reporting system and data processes for specific HQ/local information requirements/needs.
Risk Management (5%)
Implementation of Risk Management process for company, including Risk identification, evaluation, reporting and documentation.
Jointly evaluate the assessment results/EoD calculation/define countermeasures with risk owners
Consolidate the evaluation result and present to Board.
|Function||Financial - Accounting|
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, MBA and/or CPA highly desirable
- 5+ years in progressively responsible financial leadership role, referably in automotive industry
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization, including internal and external business partners (HQ, Regional SEA1, Dealers, Authorities….)
- Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses
- High level of integrity and dependability with a strong financial skills, strong leadership, business acumen and results- orientation
