- Ensure 100% MC HR KPI achieved & continuously improved by data driven decision.
- Ensure 100% the task of MC HR has been completed & reported on time.
- Ensure full support for Eco-system proliferation.
- Ensure all positions in MC have clear job description, skillset & specific criteria for performance evaluation.
- 100% Complete MC employee engagement & capability development according to Eco-system requirements.
- Ensure building up a safety culture in MC.
- Ensure 100% follow company regulations.
- 100% Complete other related tasks assigned by EW Lead and above.
- Bachelor degree of University, major in: Business Administration, or Law, or related Social Science as min requirement.
- Minimum 3 years experience in HR management for Manufacturing Company
- Language: English (Good at 4 skills: Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing)
- Computer: Proficient in using Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), ERP
- Familiar with lean tools (including: 5S, 7 wastes, TM engagement, PDCA, Quality circle, kaizen activities, TT & CT, etc.)
