|Job Description||1. Recruitment: (60%)
- Be responsible to manage & implement company’s recruitment process & strategy in alignment with company business direction.
- Work closely with hiring manager to understand their business & requirements.
- Seek & search for potential candidates, screen resumes, arrange & conduct interview, advise hiring managers on relevant process & information, input candidate profiles, candidate offer, salary negotiation, pre-employment health check arrangement.
- Identify, qualify & attract potential candidates.
- Implement Employee Branding program.
- Actively build & extend recruitment network & sources.
2. HR & GA jobs: (30%)
- Coordinate & proceed other HR activities: C&B; Development; Employee Relation.
- Support other members & participate in HR projects.
3. On-boarding: (10%)
- Manage & conduct on-boarding program, orientation training to newcomers.
- University graduated with 8 years of professional experience in Recruitment and HR functions.
- Have good knowledge and understanding about labor law & labor market.
- Have planning & organization skills, good communication & negotiation skills.
- Drive for results, quick learner and professional.
- Be able to work under high pressure and team player.
- Fluent communication in English and computer literacy.
