|Job Description||Working closely with HR Manager, to drive the local deployment of company HR processes such as recruitment, performance management, training & development, compensation review, annual report and budget management support.
In consultation with HR Manager, to ensure effective and timely HR support to local managers and employees by ensuring business needs are met in line with Company HR policies whilst also ensuring compliance with local labor regulations. Update staff handbook to stay relevant.
Recruitment including preparing job ads, screening applications and support local managers and HR Manager organizing interviews to finalize with job offers for closure.
Payroll management and working closely with Finance/Outsourcing Team to ensure all employees are paid accurately and on a timely basis every month
Administration of new hires including induction and termination processes.
Generating HR reports & providing analysis on employee statistics
Handling other administrative duties and ad hoc projects as assigned by HR Manager and Senior Leadership.
Act as key User for HR system applications.
We are looking for someone who has a bachelor degree in Human Resources, with a successful experience of 4 -5 years in the same kind of position, strong in talent sourcing and acquisition preferably in Retail Industry
