Job Description       ˗ Manage the store in order to achieve sales objectives and store and service KPI’s as well as budget planning process.
˗ Manage all retail operations, procedures and compliance.
˗ Analyze sales trends and work with Regional Marketing & Communications to ensure that overall marketing & communication strategy is aligned to boutique needs and to achieve sales targets.
˗ New client development – work closely with Marketing Department to develop various aspects of acquiring new clients.
˗ Existing client development – ensure sales team are active on 1-1 CRM activities like lunches/dinners in celebration of special occasions, support clients’ social activities like charity balls, festive gifting, corporate events, after-sales service, etc.
˗ Establish good working relationship with Landlord and be updated on brand locations, Mall events and marketing activities and share these with Marketing and Management
˗ Partner with Commercial trainer in all training implementation plans and ensure the participation of the store team in order to develop their knowledge on relevant topics.
˗ Constantly coach sales team on extraordinary service, selling skills and attitude to deliver a unique and memorable shopping experience.
˗ Address client concerns/disputes/complains assuring that he client satisfaction is restored.
˗ Be responsible for the store stock, ensuring to efficiently and effectively manage it according to KPI’s. Provide feedback to Merchandising team on product offers and assortment and collection offer
˗ Supervise After Sales service request providing excellent service to the customers.

PERSON REQUIREMENT

˗ Bachelor degree in Business Administration or Marketing major is preferred
˗ At least 8 years of Store/Retail Operations experience
˗ Must have strong experience in leading a team
˗ Possess business acumen and strategic in retail operations processes and guidelines
˗ Must possess strong knowledge in the luxury industry
˗ Able to handle multiple stakeholders
˗ Sales Driven
˗ Strong client networking skills
˗ Strong communication skills
