Job Description       • Proactively find sales opportunities by exploring the full small project market (civil constructions, hotel, office building, apartments, … any other possible projects for elevators and escalators across and outside the cities)
• Maintain relationship with existing customer base and explore opportunities for new projects
• Contact customers, consul and creatively build sales proposals in respond to customers’ needs and pitch to win the project
• Work closely with internal Departments to ensure the relevance of the proposal and optimize the solution for customers
• Attend project tender reviews, negotiate the contracts to conclude the sales while maximizing the terms and conditions
• Attend internal necessary tenders, follow with contract reviews and comply to Company’s policies
• Make necessary data input on profit & lost, and produce reports as assigned
• Updates on competitors and market evolution
