|Job Description||1. Develop annual Regional Distribution Centers Operation strategies & budgeting in line with Distribution Long Run Business Plan strategies & business long term growth objectives
• Analyze business excellent improvement requirement and opportunities.
• Develop annual Centers operation strategies and execution plans.
• Support to monitor, analyze and evaluate sales & distributors trends to identify new sales opportunities for developing & adjusting multi- year distribution operations strategies and plan to meet business strong sales growth.
• Develop, monitor & assure the adherence to annual budget formulated effectively.
2. Oversee and manage nationwide Regional Distribution Centers in compliance with service standards and policy/ procedure to maximize customer experience in ordering, pick-up & registration
• Lead to implement My Amway Place at Centers
Deliver flawless execution for Physical Experience Programs & other programs
Centers Floor redesign
Floor activities & traffic management
• Lead to develop new initiative to enhance customer service in Centers operations aligned with sales & marketing plan
• Lead to manage assets at sites including cash, inventory, fixed assets
• Lead to manage operations cost/ expense
3. Lead to manage operational compliance with internal process & external audit
• Coordinate with Operation Excellence to manage internal audit execution and improvement plan at Centers.
• Act as an expert and company representative in handling external audits & customer complaint regarding critical issues.
4. Staff management
• Plan & manage Centers workforce optimization aligned with business strategies.
• Direct Centers leaders to build up & manage workforce (CS, WH, BES, Delivery).
• Coaching, developing & consult team for high performance & engagement.
• Directly lead Day-to-Day team performance and prioritization.
5. Provide expertise support in other critical business projects assigned
