Job Description       1. Top line performance

• Manage and lead the Sales team in assigned geographical region

• Achieve sales objectives by implementing sales strategies

• Manage all sales related program, activities

• Monitor market/competitor movement for timely reaction

• Actively take part in trade marketing activities

2. Building a champion team

• Strategically lead the business with effective teamwork

• Supervise the selection, recruitment and development of staffs

• Provide on job training and coaching

• Mid-year review and yearly appraisal for subordinates

• Drive engagement within team for a collaborative and winning culture formation within team

3. Effective channel strategy execution

• Propose channel strategy base on segmenting customer

• Develop activities to increase shop share

• Effective rebate system to drive loyalty and trade profitability

• Build partnership with the right distributors for growth

4. Effective systems and process infrastructure

• Work with cross functional teams to ensure robust inventory systems in place

• Build an effective rebate managing system

• Drive sales administration to monitor collections and track sales team performance

5. HSES compliance

• Lead the team in HSE through company systems

• Ensure all admin and security requirements for sales office are recorded and action upon with efficiency and cost

• Regular HSE talks and safety moment discussions

• Complete audits as per guidelines

• Review HSES team performance and build improvements

Working Location       HoChiMinh

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics or related area. MBA is a plus

• At least 10 years in B2C sales position, in which and at least 5 years in management role. Experience in similar industries is a plus

• Good communication in both English and Vietnamese

• Good computer skills, especially in MS Office

• Management/Leadership, Negotiation/Inter-personal skills

• Self-motivation, drive to result

• Willing to travel and work long hours
