|Job Description||1. Recruitment (30%):
Coordinate with the management to build the structure and recruitment plan for the whole factory. Perform the recruitment according to the plan.
Responsible for building Job Description for each position within the Company and individual KPIs.
2. Training & Development (50%):
Build and implement the training plan & programs for all positions in the Company included training courses for: Compliance (legal & social), Company’s Regulations/ Policies, Technical skills and Soft skills (including management, time, communication, conflict resolution, change etc.).
In Charge of employee development: work with the HODs to recognize talented employees for development (talent pool). Drive talent training program to develop our human capital for the Company’s growth and improvement.
3. Labour Relationships (20%):
To manage employee discipline policy & activities.
Responsible for resolving labour disputes.
Advise on policies of: salary, welfare and rewards for employee.
To plan employee annual welfare activities to develop and retain employees.
