| Job Description | JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for overall success of all the Retail outlets across Vietnam which includes meeting financial and service targets. This position is also responsible for maintaining standards – including all Health & Safety practices and procedures in stores, maximizing store profitability and identifying and implementing new opportunity for store expansion, products and service offers, whilst maintaining the highest level of service JOB DESCRIPTION: - Reviewing the Market landscape and partnering internal stakeholders on developing a retail strategy - Developing a business plan, including forecast on financials and return on investment - Leading the implementation of the strategy, including setting up of retail stores, operations, systems and organisation - Managing the performance of the retail business, focusing on key indicators such as profits, operational efficiency and consumer behaviour - Periodic reviews and updates to management on current trends, state of the business, and calibration needed to rapidly grow the business - Actively participating in Marketing initiatives, such as implementing Brand agenda (visual merchandising, pricing, product mix), and establishing annual marketing & promotion plans - Responsible for the training and development of Operation Managers, Area Manager, store managers and Staff to achieve service excellence and productivity - All employees have a responsibility to contribute to the Group’s sustainability and in doing so ensure that we can continue to fulfill our mission of improving lives by improving sight. - All business decisions and actions must serve and be in line with the Group’s sustainability goals and mission. |

PERSON REQUIREMENT
- Should have prior General Management experience or holding Profit-Loss responsibilities
- Preferably with a Multinational Company (MNC)
- Experience of setting up multiple retail stores and good knowledge for local market
- Background in Marketing is an advantage
- At least 7-8 years in a Management/Leadership position
- Good leadership to motivate and rally a team
- Mass Retail industry / consumer sales segment
- Understanding of the Optical industry is a plus
- Bachelor Degree in Business or Management
- Working knowledge Vietnamese and English for written, reading and speaking
