Choo Boon Tiong is a Director of Tiro Consulting Services Pte Ltd (Singapore) cum Chairman of Tiro Viet Nam, Kyra Capital Pte Ltd, Goldbell Corporation Pte Ltd and a number of other private companies, as well as Pacific Radiance Ltd, a company listed on the mainboard of the Singapore Stock Exchange.

An Arts graduate from the University of Singapore, Mr. Choo started his career in Heller Factoring Ltd (later known as GE Commercial Financing (S) Ltd) in 1979. He subsequently joined the Export Credit Insurance Corporation of Singapore Ltd, a subsidiary of the Singapore Government's investment vehicle Temasek Holdings (Private) Ltd, to help start its financing business. This business was hived off to a newly-formed subsidiary - International Factors (Singapore) ("IFS") - in 1987. IFS went public some 6 years later and Choo was appointed the company's Managing Director in 1993, prior to the its successful listing on the mainboard of the Singapore Stock Exchange.

In all, he spent 17 years with IFS before stepping down in April 2004 to start his own financial consultancy, Kyra Capital Pte Ltd. Choo also served on the board of the International Factors Group (Belgium), a global network comprised mainly of factoring companies and financial institutions offering factoring/invoice discounting, and was Chairman of its Asian Chapter.

Mrs Que Anh graduated from Foreign Trade University and had 12 years working for Vietnam Airlines. She experienced variety positions in Vietnam Airlines - Southern Regional Office, such as Duty Station Manager, Cargo Sales Manager, Corporate Account Deputy Manager, Training Manager…. She was trained by Vietnam Airlines and IATA (International Aviation Transportation Association) in Human Resource Management, Job Design and Job Analyze, Customer Service, Key Account Management, Professional Skill for Instructor, Professional Skill for Training Manager….
In 2007, she joined PTI – a consultancy company specializing in financial consultancy and training holding Training Director Position. She has experience in providing training services for Client in Oil & Gas and Finance/Banking sector as Petro Vietnam, Vietso Petro, PVFC...
Mrs Anh currently is Training Director of TIRO Vietnam being in charge of in-house and public training courses.
She got MBA from Maastricht Management School (the Netherland).

Mrs. Dao Phuong Thuy is Board Member of TIRO Vietnam, Chairwoman of PTI – a financial consultancy that has been successfully providing structured trade finance, corporate finance consultancy and financial training programs to various Vietnamese companies and financial institution since 2003, and Managing Partner of a career development and settlement consultancy company in Canada.

She has had over 20 years ‘experience in banking and finance, consulting and training fields with proven success in the role of senior manager for large foreign banks such as Deutsche Bank and ANZ, chairwoman of PTI in Vietnam and career advisor for new immigrants and students in Canada.

As a Board Member in charge of business development for TIRO Vietnam, she is actively exploring HR needs of Vietnamese growing companies and structuring the HR tailor-made solutions to meet those needs.
