|Job Description||• Performs sales activities on major accounts and negotiates sales price and discounts in consultation with Supervisor.
• Reviews progress of sales roles throughout the company.
• Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams.
• Develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all company’s products.
• Coordinates proper company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales results.
• Collaborates with Supervisor to formulate all sales policies, practices and procedures.
• Collaborates with Supervisor to develop sales strategies to improve market share in all product lines.
• Interprets short and long-term effects on sales strategies in operating profit.
• Collaborates with Supervisor to establish and control budgets for sales promotion and trade show expenses.
• Reviews expenses and recommends economies.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering or in a technical or business discipline
• Minimum of five years of sales experience and working with Key account clients
• Team leadership and cross functional team management experience is desired
• Strong communication skills in English
