Job Description | • Collaborate with the Head of IT and Brand Managers to build the brand digital
strategies and support their execution. • Modernize the generation of content and the development of digital assets according to standard methodologies, internally or in collaboration with vendors • Coordinate with Brand Managers and approved vendors for creation and promotion of webcast / webinars, and ensure the distribution of its recording • Contribute to the proactive identification of opportunities/partnerships for innovative solutions to Patient, HCP and internal customer issues/challenges, support their deployment and adoption • Deliver and communicate Digital analytics and insights to brand teams • Investigate the digital behavior of HCPs and patients, study internal Marketing and Medical materials to develop a deep understanding of our customers unmet needs, our treatments and business objectives • Establish efficient processes and educational resources to empower Brand Teams to adopt Digital as a second nature, focusing on customer experience, channelmix, digital technologies and analytics |

• Comes from a Digital Marketing Background and understand business challenges
and how digital can help overcome them
• Proficient in content marketing and copywriting
• Experienced in web design, UX and code is a big plus
• Entrepreneur mindset with excellent business awareness and understanding
• Understanding of marketing principles and how to apply these to digital channels
(omnichannel).
• Excellent team-working skills (especially in a culturally diverse, demanding
environment) and a willingness to get alongside issues, provide clear direction and
drive results
• Deep experience of understanding (external) customer journeys and designing
new customer experiences.
• Detailed knowledge of current web technologies, analytics platforms and content
management systems
• Comfortable expressing himself/herself in English
• Consistent track record of delivering Digital solutions with clear outcome metrics
Desirable
• Experience of Pharmaceutical or Consumer products Sales representative
efficiency standard methodology is a plus
• Ability to develop and create compelling cases to promote new technologies and
outcomes to the business
• Experience of developing partnerships with the digital and startup ecosystems
• Experience of leadership in a sophisticated/geographical context
