| Job Description | Responsible for implementing her/his assigned legal and compliance tasks for factory
operation, Legal Assessment Committee including but not limited to, giving legal consultancy, working with authorities and the tasks for Compliance section etc. Is accountable for the performance and results of investment project team. Supervise the performance of all subordinates in investment project team, give them instruction and support following Manager’s direction. Execute his/her assigned tasks of Compliance Section as below with exhibiting expertise: 1. Legal Assessment Committee Work with the Factories to assess legal requirements for important projects at factories (investment, expansion, etc.) to ensure legal compliance of these projects. 2. Legal update and consultancy - Update and analyze new Law related to Factory operations with the main fields such as fire protection and prevention, construction, electricity, energy... - Consult in the legal fields related to factory operation like electricity, energy (Solar, Biomass...), environment, construction, etc. 3. Compliance tasks: Conduct tasks related to Compliance activities in Factories. 4. Other tasks: - Translate documents from Vietnamese to English and vice versa. - Work with the related authorities to clarify law matters related to the above fields to ensure the compliance law of company. 5. Employee Development: - Lead subordinates in Compliance Section. - Guide and support junior team members, provide them with on-the-job training. - Working time: 07:30 – 16:00/ From Monday to Friday. - Working place: Bien Hoa I Industrial Zone, Dong Nai province |

PERSON REQUIREMENT
- Obtained Bachelor’s degree of Laws major
- General knowledge of Vietnamese laws and factual business, manufacture knowledge;
- Have at least 04-05 years of experience in the law fields for factory operation such as
electricity, energy (Solar, Biomass...), environment, construction.
- Ability to analyze and generalize to give accurate judgment;
- Have good English skills;
