| Job Description | Duties and Responsibilities:
• Support Investment team lead in deal origination in Vietnam • Support Investment team lead with commercial, financial and ESG assessment of target companies; • Conduct all aspect of investment due diligence as part of the investment team • Financial modelling and valuation analyses • Writing investment proposals • Monitoring of portfolio companies’ commercial, ESG and impact KPIs and measurement of relevant impact metrics We offer: • Excellent training and learning opportunity and a pathway to an impact investing career in private equity in Southeast Asia • Regional and multi-industry learning experience • Exposure to world class resources and best practices in ESG, sustainability, impact investing, climate finance and gender smart investing • Close mentorship and direct working relationship with senior members of the firm • Attractive remuneration package for the right candidate. |

Requirements:
• Good Bachelor or Master’s degree in relevant field such as sustainability, environmental management, environmental science, engineering and/or economics or finance or related discipline from a recognised tertiary institution
• Excellent communication skills, ability to multi-task
• Strong command of written and spoken English and native level fluency Vietnamese is a requirement
• Well organized, logical with strong attention to detail, robust and rigorous
• Driven, self-starter with a high degree of intellectual curiosity and team spirit
• Ability to work well in an entrepreneurial and fast-paced work environment
• Demonstrated interest in Climate Change challenges, impact investing, and/or sustainability topics
• Candidates with relevant prior work experience from investment banking, corporate finance, audit, consulting firm or an impact investment firm will be viewed favourably
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Position to be based in Hanoi or HCM
• Some level of domestic and regional travel is required
