Job Description       Responsibilities:
• Business Partnering - Working directly with the team leaders to ensure critical
people processes are effectively and efficiently undertaken. Identify and address
people and organizational risk.
• Build strong relationships with the local store team and be a trusted people advisor to
your Area Manager, Store Manager and support creating a high performing team.
• Provide People/HR policy guidance, interpretation & coaching across Vietnam in
scope- working with external consultants when needed to provide effective
employment advice & coaching to store teams.
• Talent Acquisition & Development - Develop strategies to attract, drive and retain
potentials in the organization. Manage the full spectrum of recruitment activities and
support talent review strategies and processes for the assigned business units.
Facilitate career development activities and manage employee development plan to
sustain organizational capability.
• Employee Engagement - Drive employee engagement by analyzing people trends
and proposing engagement strategies, partner with leaders to deliver effective
communications. Active involvement in change management to drive organizational
alignment and effective human resource utilization.
• Organizational Effectiveness - Oversee full scope of HR functions for assigned
business units and advise line people on HR matters such as performance
management, appraisal process, talent acquisition, succession planning, career
development, disciplinary process etc.
• Manage day-to-day HR operations - Ensures business compliance with HR policies
and programs. Partner with regional/global counterparts to manage HR projects to
ensure successful implementation in the business units.
• Oversee Office Management, including Health and Safety.

PERSON REQUIREMENT

Requirements:
• Minimum Bachelor's degree in relevant business or HR discipline.
• 8+ years of relevant HR experience in leadership role within a multinational business
environment.
• Retail industry background highly preferred.
• Strong business knowledge and capability to assess HR implications of business
priorities.
• Experience and motivation to work in an international, cross-functional environment.
• Team player actively contributing to positive team spirit.
• Pragmatic approach and hands-on management style.
• Fluent in Vietnamese and English in order to liaise with counterparts in Vietnam and
SEA countries; Proficiency in Mandarin is highly appreciated to facilitate the
communication with HQ
