About the course

This 3-day training course aims to present the essentials of sound Maintenance and Reliability concepts & introduce the knowledge & tools that are a key to organizing the Maintenance Function in an efficient and effective way.

The 1st day will present the principals involved in developing an efficient and effective Maintenance Program using Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) principles. The 2nd day will look in detail at the planning of day to day maintenance work that is so important to achieve maximum efficiency in using the available manpower and resources. The 3rd day will look in some more detail at the project management tools that can be used to organize larger maintenance projects such as annual shut-downs and outages more effectively.
