|Job Description||•Create brand strategy and go-to-market campaigns to deliver brand, Marketing, and related business objectives.
•Manage Marketing campaigns, drive the development and implementation of campaigns to meet strategic objectives.
•Manage the budget, procedure, implementation, tracking and measurement of marketing campaigns.
•Collaborate with other teams in Marketing & PR to make sure the campaign is well integrated to achieve the end result.
•Manage media agency to form media plan; Manage agencies’ performance.
•Find out various trends, insights and optimize performance based on data. Collect and use data to inform new campaigns and the evaluation of existing campaigns.
•Use good analytical abilities to calculate and assess the customer’s experience across a large number of channels and identify the customer touchpoints.
•Provide the understanding of marketing principles and customer buying behavior to other Marketing team members.
•Deliver regular reports of campaign results and evaluation of KPIs.
•University degree in business, marketing, advertising, communications.
•≥ 5 years in marketing, in which 4 years in similar management position.
•Strong knowledge about automotive market, customers, and products.
•Thorough knowledge of marketing principles, brand management, social and digital marketing; along with a demonstrated track record of success and performance.
