PERSON REQUIREMENT
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Textile Technology, or related fields
Advanced certifications or a Master’s degree (e.g., MBA) is a plus.
1. Over 15 years in garment manufacturing, with at least 5-8 years in a senior managerial role.
2. Proven track record of managing large-scale woven garment factories (500+ employees).
3. Experience in handling operations, quality assurance, production planning, and supply chain management.
Fluency in English and Korean
