Job Title       HR Director

Job Description       ▪ Responsible for development, implementation and deployment of the HR strategy that support business strategy and company’s growth.
▪ Accountable for improvement of HR KPI’s
▪ Provide leadership and coordination for all HR activities and operations throughout Tiro's client organization
▪ translate the business requirements and challenges into relevant HR actions and initiatives
▪ Control employee cost effectively
1. Planning
▪ Develop HR annual plan that aligns with company’s strategy
▪ Propose and execute improvement projects for HR department.

2. Recruitment and selection:
▪ Develop HR marketing/employer branding thus ensuring that Tiro's client will be an employer of choice in the local market and Tiro's client can attract talent externally
▪ Delivering a high quality recruitment process for all levels in the organisation
▪ Manage the recruitment and selection budget and resources of the company

3. Compensation and Benefits
▪ Responsible to develop and implement C&B policies, processes and tools
▪ Develop and implement and effective compensation and benefits strategy based on business needs and market practices
▪ Verify cash and non-cash compensation review

4. Training and Development:
▪ Support the local organization in identifying the short- to midterm talent demands and implementing effective actions to close potential talent gaps
▪ Develop and ensure good deployment of talent development and succession planning
▪ Provide oversight and quality management of annual training plan and ensure high quality standards in training design and delivery

5. Expatriates Services
▪ Provide executive consultation to expat community within Tiro's client on and HR related issue
▪ Manage the implementation and continuous improvement of expat’s employment practices/ policies to ensure compliance with local legislation and Tiro's client’s Principles through expat communication, HR tools and process
▪ Strengthen employee relations at all levels of company via intensive activities and events

PERSON REQUIREMENT

▪ Master Degree or MBA in human management or equivalent
▪ At least 4 years experience in HR director position, preferably at multinational environment.
▪ Strong in HR best practice, Vietnamese labour code, governmental regulations
