Job Description | KRA 1: Strategy development
Execute strategic construction planning for the expansion of company brand. Ensuring the construction and operation of company stores is carried out in a safe, efficient, and cost-effective manner. Set up and manage store construction lists to ensure stores open according to the company‘s business plan. KRA 2: Strategy execution and team management Leads and manages the CE team to ensure proper implementation, correct strategy, coordination to achieve goals, with the highest efficiency in CE department activities. Manage a series of activities of the CE team to ensure output results meet targets associated with the Company‘s business results and strategies. Building Project Timeline Site Investigation Construction Solutions and Management Building Plan for Major Renovation Supervision of construction work Construction portfolio management (order construction list) M&E system design Structure Work Construction permits Training new contractor KRA 3: People management and compliance Ensures the manpower planning and fulfilment for network expansion to serve the work requirements and orientation of the Unit Head. Manage human resources in departments, ensure compliance with labour laws, Company rules/regulations and according to management hierarchy. Responsible for fully performing assigned tasks through the job description system, position‘s functions and powers, operating/coordination procedures of the Unit/Company and the Company‘s rules/regulations. Fully participate in strategic level meetings (OKR/PMS/Team building, Unit Meetings…), feedback meetings to promulgate the Unit‘s internal processes/SLAs, and inter-departmental coordination processes... ensuring the connection between the Manager and Unit Head. Budget management: establish, use, and manage the budget through the approval and authorization of the Unit Head by the Company‘s policies/regulations to ensure the CE team‘s operations achieve the most optimal efficiency to Avoid unreasonable costs incurred. Ensure participation in the Company‘s communication channels (email) and the Unit‘s (email, chat channel, app...) to ensure connection and work resolution quickly, accurately, and conveniently. Conducts and ensures the completion of performance reviews of the team. |

A minimum of 10 years of hands-on Construction Engineering experience preferably within F&B, Retail, QSR industry. At least 3 years of working experience in the same role.
Good English Communication
Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Understanding of construction processes, regulations, and safety standards in the construction industry.
PMP or relevant construction certification.
Technical skills:
+ Solid understanding of technical principles and construction processes.
+ Strong project management skills, including planning, progress monitoring, and resource management.
+ Effective communication skills to interact with stakeholders, including contractors, staff, and senior management.
+ Ability to work under high pressure and solve problems flexibly and creatively. Attention to detail and effective time management skills.
+ Knowledge of hygiene and safety standards in the QSR industry, especially when applied to construction.
