Job Description       Job overview:
The Admission Manager is an experienced and results-driven person with a strong focus on sales and
leads generation. The Admission Manager will be responsible for driving student enrolment through
effective sales strategies, lead generation activities, and exceptional customer service. This role
requires a combination of sales expertise, relationship building, and strong communication skills to
promote our institution and convert prospective students into enrolled students.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Sales and Lead Generation:
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet enrolment targets and increase student
admissions.
• Generate leads through various channels, including online marketing, advertising, referrals,
and partnerships.
• Conduct market research to identify potential target markets and develop targeted lead
generation campaigns.
• Engage with prospective students, parents, and educational consultants to promote the
institution's programs and offerings.
• Respond to inquiries promptly, provide accurate information, and address concerns to convert
leads into enrolled students.
• Follow up with leads through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings to nurture
relationships and facilitate the enrolment process.

Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students, parents, educational
consultants, and key stakeholders.
• Conduct personalized consultations and campus tours to showcase the institution's facilities,
academic programs, and extracurricular opportunities.
• Address inquiries, concerns, and objections effectively, demonstrating a high level of customer
service and professionalism.
• Collaborate with academic departments and faculty members to provide accurate information
about programs and admission requirements.
Sales Reporting and Analysis:
• Maintain accurate records of leads, inquiries, conversions, and enrolment data.
• Generate reports on sales activities, conversion rates, and enrolment trends to inform strategic
decision-making
• Analyse sales data to identify areas for improvement, optimize conversion rates, and develop
targeted marketing campaigns.

PERSON REQUIREMENT

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
• Proven experience in sales, lead generation, or admissions within the education sector
• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and
establish relationships
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing outstanding service
• High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks
simultaneously
• Proficiency in CRM software, lead tracking systems, and MS Office Suite
• Knowledge of the education industry, admissions procedures, and enrolment trends
• Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven
recommendations
• Adaptability and willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Customer oriented personality
• Excellent communicator
