Job Description       1. Sales management:
- Develop and implement sales strategies for the project channel to achieve business targets and reinforce Tiro’s client market leadership.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
2. Customer relationship management:
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and actively develop new customers to expand portfolio with qualified new accounts.
- Engage and negotiate with stakeholders at decision-making levels to secure strategic deals.
- Advise to resolve customer issues and ensure high satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
3. Team leadership & development:
- Lead and manage the Project Sales team to ensure timely and accurate execution of sales activities.
- Provide guidance to Sales Engineers throughout the sales process: quoting, tendering, contracting, forecasting, customer visits, negotiation and payment follow-up.
- Build a capable and motivated team by coaching and training members to enhance overall productivity and performance.
4. Performance monitoring & reporting:
- Prepare and submit periodic reports to management, including performance analysis and actionable insights support for business decisions
- Participate in monthly sales meetings and coordinate delivery schedules to meet targets.
5. Compliance & internal coordination:
- Oversee the Project Sales Department operates in compliance with company regulations and standards.
- Liaise with internal departments (Design, Technical Support, Logistics, After-Sales Service, Accounting) to ensure operational efficiency and smooth project execution.

PERSON REQUIREMENT

- From 10 years of experience in Project Sales and at least 5 years in a managerial role with a background in HVAC or related industry.
- Proven ability to develop and implement sales strategies aligned with business goals.
- Strong market insight and understanding of industry trends, customer needs, and competitor landscape.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation and leadership skills
- Good at communication, both written and spoken English
- Good at MS Office, AutoCad, Work scheduling, presentation and organization skill.
