Must have (At least ONE of the following technical requirements)
Backend Focus:
At least 3 years experience in backend development using Python
Experience in architecture design using cloud services (AWS/GCP)
Frontend Focus:
At least 3 years experience in frontend development using React and Typescript
Common Must Have Requirements:
Japanese communication skills ( JLPT N2) or above is required.
At least 7+ years experience in web application development
Team leadership: A minimum of 3 years of leadership experience is required
Has experience introducing improvements to elevate team’s development efficiency
Demonstrated interest in people management and leadership
Strong verbal, and written communication skills.
Strong teamwork, and collaboration abilities
Ability to mentor other team members
Desire to see not just self success but success from other team members
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Nice to Have
Experience in performance reviews or career coaching
Experience in both frontend (React) and backend (Python) development
Domain knowledge in sales support systems (Sales Force Automation)
Experience with large-scale data infrastructure and distributed processing
Agile/Scrum development experience
Working time: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch break) from Monday to Friday
