Junior College or University degree in Textile or related field.
8 – 10 years of experience in spinning production.
Prefer candidates with experience in automated equipment and functional yarn production.
Deep understanding of raw materials, spinning processes, and cost structures.
Strong knowledge of yarn and fabric quality standards.
Familiarity with spinning mill operations and intermediate quality control processes.
Spinning technology design: from raw materials to finished yarn.
Quality control across all stages: U%, Cluster, etc.
Production Yield management: input, output, waste.
Data analysis and performance evaluation.
Leadership and people management.
Fluent English communication.
Willing to travel.
