| Job Description | • Hỗ trợ đội ngũ kinh doanh trong việc tư vấn giải pháp kỹ thuật và triển khai dự án./Provide technical and operational support to the Sales Team.
• Hướng dẫn khách hàng lắp đặt, kéo dây và đấu nối thiết bị./Guide customers through equipment installation, cable routing, wiring, and system connections. • Thiết kế bản vẽ, kiểm tra và lập trình cho tủ điều khiển DDC./Prepare design drawings, perform inspections, and develop control programs for DDC panels. • Lập trình, cấu hình và tích hợp PLC Honeywell với các hệ thống điều khiển và giám sát tòa nhà./Program, configure, and integrate Honeywell PLCs with building automation and monitoring systems. • Thử nghiệm và vận hành (T&C) các sản phẩm của phòng Giải pháp như DDC, BMS, iPM cho Chiller, Smart Home, bộ điều khiển điều hòa không khí và các giải pháp liên quan./Conduct Testing & Commissioning (T&C) activities for Solution Department products, including DDC, BMS, Chiller iPM, Smart Home systems, HVAC controllers, and other related solutions. • Phân tích, xử lý sự cố hệ thống điều khiển và tối ưu hóa hiệu suất vận hành./Analyze, troubleshoot, and optimize control system performance. • Hỗ trợ dịch vụ sau bán hàng, bảo trì hệ thống và tư vấn kỹ thuật cho khách hàng./Provide after-sales technical support, maintenance services, and customer consultation. |

• Tốt nghiệp Đại học, ưu tiên chuyên ngành HVAC (ưu tiên ứng viên từng làm việc tại các công ty về Chiller hoặc BMS) hoặc Tự động hóa. / Bachelor’s degree, preferably in HVAC (priority for candidates with experience in Chiller or BMS companies) or Automation.
• Kỹ năng giao tiếp, thương lượng, xử lý tình huống linh hoạt, kiên nhẫn và kỹ năng giải quyết vấn đề tốt. / Excellent communication, negotiation, flexibility, patience, and problem-solving skills.
• Cẩn thận, nhạy bén với số liệu và thành thạo tin học văn phòng. / Detail-oriented, proficient with numbers, and strong computer literacy.
• Ưu tiên có vài năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực điều khiển HVAC và lập trình PLC. / Prefer candidates with several years of experience in HVAC controls and PLC programming.
• Có khả năng đi công tác ngắn hạn. / Ability to handle short-term business trips
