| Job Description | We are looking for a Head of Operations to lead manufacturing operations in a fast-growing electronics manufacturing service environment, and transform the plant onto a new level. This role will mainly oversee the operation production and engineering functions, driving operational excellence, productivity, quality, and cost efficiency but not limited to some basic general management related to HR, Finance, Supply Chain and customer relation.
Responsibilities • Lead daily manufacturing operations and cross-functional teams • Manage Productions, Manufacturing Engineering, Testing Engineering, and Industrial Engineering • Drive improvements in productivity, quality, delivery, and cost performance • Ensure operational targets and customer requirements are achieved • Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles • Develop and coach high-performing teams. • Other general management as required. |

PERSON REQUIREMENT
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• 8+ years of manufacturing experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong background in electronics manufacturing or high- volume productions environments.
• Experience in operations management, process improvement, and cost optimization.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.
• Good English communication skills.
• Experience in EMS or factory start-up/ ramp- up projects is a plus point.
